How the Sunshine Data Editor PLUS works
The Sunshine Data Editor PLUS gives you a user interface to manage your custom objects and lets you edit Sunshine data directly in Zendesk. The data that you gather throughout your business is one of the most important resources for long term success. To prevent this from happening, you have to organize, analyze and use your data efficiently. You can work with our Sunshine Data Editor PLUS if you are in the Support Enterprise plan or above (instances with custom objects).
Note: The FREE version of the app does not include bulk import and export feature via CSV files as well as NO bulk delete option.
