The best way to download all attachments in a ticket
Join dozens of other organizations downloading hundreds of attachments each month inside of their agent view without the need to click each individual attachment.
The days of clicking each attachment to download them are over. When you first start using Download All Attachments, you'll notice that you can easily download all of the current conversation's attachments in the side bar via a convenient button.
