Cirrus Insight seamlessly integrates Zendesk and Salesforce with Gmail and Google Apps.
Now as you open an email in Gmail you can immediately see whether a Zendesk ticket exists for that user. You can quickly create new tickets, update status, and even log emails against existing tickets.
