Monema Phone System

Available only to agents with 'Talk' plans (see About Zendesk Talk plan types.

This connector allows you to integrate your Monema phone system with Zendesk.

The features this connector enables are these:

• Popup for incoming calls showing the name of the caller. You can view last tickets from the caller, their profile or create a new ticket.

• Call recordings are shown with tickets.

• You can call a user clicking on their profile.

Data disclosure:

• Names of customers and organizations

• Phone numbers of customers and organizations

• Tickets of contacts and organizations
