Attachments Plus

Tested the app and it works fine for email attachments, showing files, images, and links in an organized way. However, it does not display attachments from WhatsApp, Facebook, or other messaging channels, which makes it less useful for omnichannel support. It’s a good tool for email-based tickets, but lacks support for modern messaging platforms.

I was unable to find any way to make any links actually be detected, I think this part may be broken at this time. I tried google.com, www.google.com https://google.com, and none of those were detected as a link. I tried it hyperlinked for those too, no change in results. HEIC image types are put in the Files category and cannot be previewed, which is unfortunate.

We like what we see from this app so far, is there the option to download all attachments at once (download all)? I see where you can click on individual files at least but we do often get tickets where there are lots of creatives etc to download! Am I missing anything there? The ability to sort is an improvement over the alternate solution, however I think we would still need both apps to download all at once.
