It shows you what's being worked on, who's working on what, where things are in the workflow, and how much time it took. Breeze makes project management intuitive and accessible for teams of all sizes.

Integration Features

The Breeze Zendesk integration seamlessly connects your customer support workflow with your project management system, enabling your team to work more efficiently across both platforms.

Once the Breeze App is enabled through the Zendesk App Marketplace, simply open a ticket and the Breeze widget will appear in the ticket sidebar. The integration provides three powerful capabilities:

• View Breeze tasks linked to Zendesk tickets: Quickly see which Breeze tasks are associated with a ticket, giving you full context about related work and project status.

• Create new Breeze tasks from Zendesk tickets: Transform customer support tickets directly into actionable project tasks with a single click, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• Link Zendesk tickets to Breeze tasks: Connect existing tickets to tasks in your Breeze projects, maintaining a clear connection between customer issues and your team's work items.

You can choose the project, list, and task where the ticket will be added, giving you complete control over how support tickets are organized within your project management workflow.

We take data privacy and security seriously. The Breeze integration accesses only the ticket data necessary to create and link tasks, including ticket IDs, titles, and basic ticket information. This data is used solely for the purpose of enabling the integration functionality described above. We do not store, share, or expose customer data to unauthorized access. All data transmission is secured using industry-standard encryption protocols.
