インストール方法

  1. Click 'Install' to add InDesk AI to your Zendesk account.

  2. You will be prompted to authorize the InDesk AI application via OAuth. Click 'Allow' to securely connect your account.

  3. For advanced configurations, including Confluence data sync and detailed AI feature settings, log in to your admin panel at https://app.indesk.ai.

  4. If you do not have an account yet, please sign up at https://app.indesk.ai to generate your credentials and manage your subscription.

  5. Back in Zendesk, enable the specific features you want to use (such as Predictive Escalation, Auto-Processing, or Smart Triage) by checking the appropriate boxes in the app settings.

  6. Click 'Install' or 'Save' to finalize the setup. The InDesk AI assistant will now appear in your ticket sidebar ready for use.
