This app should be removed from the app marketplace. Its impossible to install. It also requires an app on the bright pearl interface which does not exist. The support email is on a permanent out of office. Nobody at the company can be found on LinkedIn. It's basically unusable so shouldn't be here.

I opened up a support ticket requesting for additional assistance with our integration since tickets have not populated in Bright Pearl and not all representatives have visibility of Zendesk app on their Bright Pearl account. I sent 4 emails since July 8th with no response back. If this works for you, lucky you, if it does not, please do not expect the support team to get back to you.
