This App is really unreliable. It constantly disconnects. Hopefully Zendesk will release a native integration so we don't have to rely on this.

Hola empece hoy la prueba, pero solo me aparecen los comentarios de los post y no me da la opción de responder los directos ni de crear una sola vista para ver cuantos directos tenemos abiertos en este momento. Esto se puede solucionar o no tienen la funcionalidad ya que si no la tienen no me interesaría continuar con la integración.

Estou tentando utilizar a extensão, porém quando eu respondo ela encaminha 5X a mesma mensagem para a resposta que eu dei ao cliente, tem que resolver esse problema!

We have had this App in use for 2 months now and when we have need to have it work, to copy the public IG posts comments, it has worked 20% of the time. The support is also based in Europe and only by email so you have to wait 12-24 hours to get a response. Not good. Is there a more reliable IG app out there? Considering to cancel it soon.
