Bulk Tickets

Interesting feature set, but failed us badly when the app was tested. No ability to show what tickets will be deleted, confirmations do not come in Enlish and and cannot be understood clearly, and mostly, when we tested the Advanced tab, based on our filters, it confirmed correctly deletion for one single ticket (as was the intention), but when we selected Delete, application deleted almost one hundred tickets (in three batches that Zendesk the notified/alerted). We were of course able to recover tickets from the Deleted tickets view, so finally no harm done, but based on our experience we do not recommend this APP for now. It requires further development and repairs before we could consider having another go with it.
