Installed, but only get Error 503 when it tries to load. Clicking the 'report a bug' hyperlink also leads to nowhere.

It is nice app with good support and engineering team. Initial Default Responses were not good, but once it got trained for a week, it started giving Response recommendations from automatically generated responses as well as custom ones which we added ourself. It also mine FAQ and give them in recommendations. They need to add Automated Reply feature, but as this is free app, we dont mind using it. Cheers, John Isnar.

Really nice app to give decent recommendations of smart replies of basic queries out-of-box. We are working with Botreload Engineers to build more Customized Canned Message for our agents. Will surely improve productivity and speed of responses to our support tickets.
