インストール方法

  • After installing the add-on, go to a Ticket that needs work escalation.

  • In the Project Insight App Pane, log into your PI workspace OR create a new one. Follow the prompts to complete your sign-in.

  • Once you are signed in, you can escalate a Zendesk Ticket into a Projec Insight task by cicking the CREATE TASK button.

  • You will be prompted to choose an existing project. (If you do not have a project created, go to your PI workspace and create one.)

  • After you have selected your project you will be prompted to choose the Project Manager.

  • After you complete this, refreshing the Ticket will show the Task information next to the Ticket.
