CRM and Kanban

Great addition of the kanban board. Used previously CRM for sales and deals and were totally satisfied with it. Now, our team also uses boards for managing tickets, it's much more convenient and the support flow became 100% smoother. Truly recommend!

We had some initial difficulty reaching the Customer Love team directly through the in-app chatbot, but once we followed up via email, the response was prompt and helpful. Aside from that, we’ve been very satisfied with the CRM. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, requiring minimal training for our team. For organizations already using Zendesk, this is a great way to centralize your client management tools on one seamless platform.

I’m really happy with this CRM. It’s simple to implement and very user-friendly. While the conversion tracking is still evolving, it’s already making a real difference in our ability to monitor performance and support each agent’s work. Loved this app during the trial period. We will be upgrading to the paid version to better manage our leads for upselling. Would recommend as a cost effective solution for managing leads in the pipeline!
