Easy to use and works as intended. now we can reply to our YouTube channel comments.

almost 3 years agoHi Joao, this issue has been fixed in the new app edition. please uninstall the application and install the new version "Video Comments Pro". Please contact us if you still need help.

App pulls the comments from my YT channel, however, whenever I attempted to reply in my Zendesk, I got an error message: Retrying message: We are unable to add the response to this ticket but will retry automatically. Check the Ticket events view in a few moments to check the status. Anybody can offer help? Thanks!

Does what it needs to do. We'd previously used a different integration to create Zendesk tickets from YouTube comments, but that app has since gone offline. We needed something to replace it, and this app is the one. Our YouTube brand account was not creating tickets, and after spending time troubleshooting with the developer, they were able to fix the bug, and we were able to get it working flawlessly.

Aplicativo excelente e cumpre com o que foi descrito. Uma melhoria seria trazer mais informações do vídeo comentado junto do Ticket, não é algo que impede a usabilidade, mas dificulta na hora de responder.
