Installation process

Installation typically requires the following steps:

1. Create ticket field to store Tickler data (and add it to every ticket form if you use Zendesk multiple ticket forms feature).

2. Install the app:
   • Enter the field ids/key from the first step into the app settings

   • Reload your Zendesk page and start to use the app.
