Instalado e configurado com a ID de cada campo, mas ao tentar usa-lo nos tickets, o APP nem chega a ser exibido, recebo apenas uma mensagem dizendo que há um aplicativo oculto e ai informa o nome do app do CEP...

Opa Sim, o App não aparece porque é desnecessário. Ele funciona quando você preenche o CEP, então os demais dados do endereço são preenchidos automaticamente sem necessidade do App aparecer no sidebar.
