Worknet AI ChatGPT Copilot

The Worknet AI ChatGPT Copilot app is awesome! It allows my agents to answer about 25% more tickets, by providing insightful responses to customers. I have been using this for over a year now, and can say that I love the customization, and the ability to control how the Copilot responds, and adjust the tone, response length, and sources of information I want it to pull from. If I don't have time to write a whole article, I can turn tickets into articles with one click. The Ask Me Anything option allows my agents to locate answers quickly in our Help Center or past tickets, without having to leave Zendesk, and even get step by step instructions to send to our customers.
