Can there be an option added to "Print" from the Viewer? Would like to open the attachment and if necessary print it without having to download it.

over 1 year agoHey Roberto, Thank you for your feedback! We just looked into this and it turns out Zendesk's app sandbox doesn't allow us to trigger printing from the app directly. However we could open the PDF in a new browser tab where you'd be able to print it (without triggering a download) - would that work for you? Not sure why previewing PDFs in the ticket view is not part of Zendesk but this app does the job for us! Shoutout to Frank and the team for being super responsive
