  2. Copy to clipboard the API key provided in your account

  3. Click the Install button on this page to install the app in your Zendesk account

  4. Configure the installed app with the API key copied in step 2

  5. The app will be available in the ticket sidebar of the agent workspace

Easy to use, simple to set up, and great support from Swifteq. The pricing is unbeatable. Adjusting the AI prompt and uploading a glossary is very helpful for customising translations to our needs.
