The application seems excellent to me! We are still testing, and we need support for some details and they were extremely efficient too!

Great app!

So far it's pretty good! Our queries are a little nuanced, so we can't always use it, but it's got enough utility for us. It can even incorporate our bilingual country with greetings in a second language. Would be great to be able to incorporate our external documentation that has security, but the developer seems keen to work with us on that.

Macha has been working great for us so far! It is much more convenient to support customers in multiple languages and find information on the spot using AI. Now it is much faster and easier to translate tickets, find relevant Help Center articles or find answers to questions. I wish this app had Latvian and Lithuanian as availabe languages for translations as we operate in Baltics and provide support to Baltic customers in local langauges.
