This is such a time saver for my CS team. We especially like how its able to handle multi-language queries and respond to them. Suggested replies is fantastic too. One feedback I have for the team is to add quick talking points for incoming voice calls. During a live voice call, suggested replies (while very good) are long to read. Other than that, we only have great things to say about this feature
