The app is free, BUT requires a subscription from CT Solutions - so not fully free:( Also, you will need to contact them for the install, but the response was speedy on this. Our agents are very happy with the simplicity and the feature set. We needed a slight tweak to one of the features, which they did with minimal fuss!. The app is kept up to date with the latest Cisco Finesse version, and the support response is wonderful. Overall, well worth a trial.
