I'd bump this app to 4 or 5 stars, but it's not yielding the results we hoped for. We connected the app to Zendesk just fine, but we're having trouble retrieving all records for a particular user. Only select (obsolete) records have come through when we put the integration to the test, and we're not understanding why that is. Is there someone that understands this integration that would be able to help support?
