Data Disclosure
CloudTalk accesses, processes, and stores the following data from your Zendesk Sell account to provide the integration's calling, messaging, logging, and synchronization features: contact and lead information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, tags, addresses, and lead details), deal and activity data (activities, statuses, and tags), and call and messaging data generated by your use of CloudTalk (call logs, direction, duration, outcomes, missed calls, call recordings, voicemails, and SMS messages). This data is used solely to enable click-to-call from Zendesk Sell, display caller context on inbound calls, log completed calls and voicemails as Activities, synchronize contacts and leads between systems, send and receive SMS, and execute the workflow automations you configure. Installing the CTI
- Install this app on your Zendesk instance.
- Navigate to the CloudTalk top bar icon and log in with CloudTalk credentials.
