インストール方法

Installation Guide

Follow these steps to set up the toern returns integration:

  1. Download the App: Navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace within your organization and download the toern returns app.
  2. Configure toern Dashboard: Log in to your toern admin dashboard and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Zendesk.
  3. Enter Credentials: Enter your admin email address and your Zendesk subdomain.
  4. Enable & Generate Token: Switch the Zendesk integration to 'Enabled' and click on Generate Zendesk token. Copy this token for later use.
  5. Configure App Settings: Go back to your installed apps in Zendesk. In the toern app settings, enter the Token you just generated.
  6. Complete Installation: Save the settings to finalize the installation.

Once finished, you will see the return details directly within your Zendesk tickets via the sidebar app.
