About this app

See exactly which tickets every trigger, automation, and macro fired on — something you normally can't get without manual digging — plus a fast, sortable spreadsheet view of your users and organizations. Flat pricing, no per-agent fees.

PRIVACYThe Free plan runs entirely inside your Zendesk via the official App Framework. It's strictly read-only — it audits your account and never modifies it. Auditor's ticket drill-down reads rule and ticket data through an OAuth-authorized backend hosted on AWS (SOC 2-compliant infrastructure). Your tokens are encrypted, and your data is never sold or shared.

インストール方法

Installing Data Manager takes less than a minute:

  1. Click "Install" on this Marketplace listing.

  2. Choose the Zendesk account to install it into.

  3. Pick the plan: Free or Auditor ($7/mo). You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.

  4. Click "Install" on the confirmation screen — no configuration is required for the Free tier.

  5. Look for the new Data Manager icon in your Zendesk Support left-side navigation bar.

  6. Click the icon to launch — your users and organizations will load automatically.

AUDITOR TIER SETUP:Auditor uses an OAuth backend for ticket drill-down. After installing, you'll be guided through a quick one-time OAuth authorization flow. This grants the Auditor service permission to read trigger/macro/automation events from your Zendesk account.
