About this app
Systemset is a Zendesk customization paid app and web service from the Cloudset family of extension products for Zendesk.
Extend or restrict core Zendesk concepts to tailor Zendesk to your exact needs. A foundation layer on top of Zendesk’s native base for the other Cloudset Apps in its own right.
Custom system fields move beyond fixed terminology or number of the main Zendesk system fields without losing their distinctive features.
Globally hide fields as not all ticket or people fields need to be exposed; indeed, they can cause clutter and can be undesirable to reveal if they contain system control or redundant data.
A custom Roles Engine provides an abstraction between people and business rules, making business processes easier to design and maintain.
End-user views move beyond a fixed and narrow set of columns displayed in ticket listings to end-users in Zendesk Guide. Choose to add more richness. Offer generically or customize to specific high-worth customers.

Data Disclosure
The configuration app looks up details of User, Organization and Ticket names and fields, supplemented with details about Groups and Organizations names. This information is used to allow admins configuring Systemset to use metadata specific to the Zendesk account to drive the app behaviour.

The following guidelines help you proceed with a 30 Day FREE trial of Systemset:
- After initiating the free app, select the app icon to give access to our own Cloudset embedded ecommerce and account management, the Cloudset Framework. This will start the Zendesk secure OAuth authentication request, based on the currently logged in admin user.
A choice of Cloudset Datacenter will be offered, either US or EU (Ireland). This choice is a one-time selection decision.
This authentication can be revoked at any time by that admin user who installed the app, by selecting the user account security tab. API access is needed to enable the configuration tool to read and write app configuration data to the app installed on Zendesk.
Once completed, the installed app welcome page will be displayed. It explains the trial process and, if not alreday accepted, a Cloudset Terms & Conditions approval and link.
To enable access and assessment as quickly as possible, payment methods can be entered at any time during the trial period.
The billing details screens can be accessed via the Manage Trials screen to capture invoicing address details and credit card details. Invoice history and records can be after that accessed and downloaded.
If Zendesk security Restricted IP has been set-up, details of can be obtained from the Cloudset Framework Zendesk(s) tab, together with Forget Token method to support changing admin user account.
You will have 30 days to evaluate the app. At any time during the trial, uninstall the app to cancel the trial.
After 30 days you first payment in advance will be taken. This will automatically renewed every month until you uninstall the app.
The monthly invoice will be charged on the basis of how many agents you have and how the agent count profile changes on a daily basis.

A Cloudset Framework account is created for all new customers, providing a hub for all Cloudset purchased apps, enabling access to Zendesk Guide integration services, and billing management.
Security and API Access Use
The configuration tool requires API access to your Zendesk account via Zendesk’s secure OAuth mechanism. This OAuth token is revocable at any time from the Zendesk admin center.
A secure eCommerce facility provided by our payment processor is securely embeded. No PCI data is held directly by Cloudset.
Transmission of this data is over https, and all configuration data stored is encrypted at rest.
Security management is goverened by Cloudset SOC2 Type 2 compliance provisions.
