Data handling & privacy
Auto Merge accesses only the Zendesk data required to identify and merge duplicate tickets, including requester ID, ticket status, subject, and last public comment. To start your 14-day free trial, install the app directly from the Marketplace. Use code TRIALWOCC during checkout to skip the credit card requirement. Without this code, your credit card will be charged automatically when your trial ends.
Only need it for specific admins?
You can limit Auto Merge to select admins by enabling group restrictions.
Setup
Once installed, go to Auto Merge Setup and click Authorize to get started.
