Transit is a free Zendesk help center theme designed for transportation: transit agencies, rideshare, delivery, airlines, and travel platforms. Use it as a ready-made Guide theme for any industry, every color, font, and label is yours to change, with defaults tuned for transportation.

Transit pairs persistent sidebar navigation with a browsable category grid, so passengers can scan everything at once or drill straight into a section. The design borrows from transit wayfinding: high contrast, clear hierarchy, and short reading paths for people who need an answer while they are already moving. Ticket numbers, booking references, and route codes render in bundled monospace type, easy to read and copy without error.
