Data handling & privacy
Auto Merge accesses a limited set of Zendesk data to perform ticket merging, including requester ID, ticket status, subject, and last public comment. End-user data is never collected beyond what is required for merging. For a full breakdown, see our Technical Information page and Privacy Policy.

インストール方法
To start your 14-day free trial, install the app directly from the Marketplace. Use coupon code TRIALWOCC at checkout to skip the credit card requirement. Without this code, your credit card will be charged automatically when your trial ends.
Only need it for specific admins?
You can limit Auto Merge to select admins by enabling group restrictions.
Setup
Once installed, go to Auto Merge Setup and click Authorize to get started.
