Your Agents Stay in Control

Data & Privacy

To provide these features, Ticket Done accesses the following data:

  • Ticket content (subject, description, comments) — used to understand the customer's issue and generate relevant responses.
  • Help Center articles — synced and in our secure database to power response generation.
  • Agent information (name, email) — used to personalize assistance and log response history for quality assurance.
  • Macros — fetched at request time to enable macro adaptation.

AI generation uses the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs; data sent to these third parties is subject to their data processing agreement. For questions, email help@abreezetech.com.

インストール方法

Getting Started with Ticket Done

Ticket Done connects to your Zendesk account in a few steps. No technical expertise required.

Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit ticketdone.io and sign up for a free trial. No credit card required.

Step 2: Connect Zendesk
After signing in, click Connect Zendesk and authorize Ticket Done to access your account. You'll be redirected back automatically once connected.

Step 3: Sync Your Knowledge Base
From your Ticket Done dashboard, click Sync Articles to import your Zendesk Help Center content. This typically takes 1–2 minutes depending on the size of your knowledge base. Ticket Done uses these articles to ground every AI-generated response.

Step 4: Install the Sidebar App
In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and Integrations > Apps > Zendesk Support Apps, search for Ticket Done, and click Install.

Step 5: Start Using Ticket Done
Open any Zendesk ticket. The Ticket Done panel appears in the right sidebar. Click Draft Response, Get Help, Summarize, or any other action to get AI assistance grounded in your docs.
