Data Disclosure

To provide its core functionality, ScreenReply accesses your Zendesk subdomain, the current Ticket ID, and the active Agent's User ID. This minimal data is required to correctly link generated screen recordings back to the specific ticket and post the video URL as an internal note. ScreenReply does not read the contents of your ticket messages, customer email addresses, or other unrequired Personally Identifiable Information (PII). インストール方法

To start using ScreenReply:

  1. Click Install to add the app to your Zendesk workspace.

  2. Log in to your ScreenReply account.

  3. Go to the Integrations section in your dashboard.

  4. Find Zendesk, click Connect, and follow the on-screen instructions.
