SideTicket uses read-only access to Zendesk's official APIs. Ticket content and customer data are retrieved in real time and rendered client-side — never stored or shared with third parties.

For product reliability, we use PostHog and Sentry for analytics and error monitoring. These services receive limited technical metadata (user roles, organisation identifiers, usage events). Ticket contents and personally identifiable information are never transmitted.

インストール方法

SideTicket requires no configuration and works immediately after installation. Follow these simple steps to get started:

  1. Click the Install button to add SideTicket to your Zendesk account

  2. Navigate to any support ticket in your Zendesk Support interface

  3. Look for the SideTicket panel in the right sidebar

  4. Use the search bar to find any ticket by ID, subject, or comments

  5. Click a result to load that ticket's full conversation in the sidebar

  6. Read, reference, and compare both tickets simultaneously

  7. Click Back to Search to look up a different ticket at any time
