The Oomnitza app for Zendesk accesses the requester's email address and ticket details solely to retrieve and display relevant IT asset information within the ticket sidebar. This data is used only to power the in-ticket asset view and is never stored, sold, or shared with any third parties. All data stays exclusively within your Zendesk and Oomnitza environments.

インストール方法

Getting started is easy with Oomnitza:

  1. Log in to your Zendesk account

  2. Click on the Admin gear/icon in the lower left

  3. Under Apps, click Marketplace

  4. Click on Asset Lifecycle Management by Oomnitza

  5. Click Install App

  6. Enter your Oomnitza System URL (e.g. https://yourcompany.oomnitza.com)

  7. Click Install and you're done!
