Data & Privacy Disclosure

This integration does not collect, store, or transmit any customer data from Zendesk to Loop. When a support agent opens a ticket, the app uses the customer's email address - already present in the Zendesk ticket - solely to retrieve and display that customer's subscription information from Loop within the Zendesk UI. No personal data is fetched or persisted beyond what is needed to render this view. Subscription data is accessed in real time and is only visible to authenticated agents within your Zendesk account. Loop does not share this data with any third parties, and access is restricted to your store's data via your unique API token.
